Our Story

What We Believe

Anxiety Uncovered exists to help people understand anxiety, build confidence and find their voice.

We believe anxiety doesn't have to silence anyone.

Anxiety and communication are deeply connected. When people are overwhelmed by anxiety, they often struggle to use their voice. And when people struggle to use their voice, anxiety can often grow. We work in that space.

Through evidence-informed workshops and CPD, we help students, staff and school communities understand anxiety, manage it more effectively and participate more fully in school and life. Because when people find their voice, they are more likely to contribute, communicate, seek support and ask for help when they need it.

Ultimately, our aim is simple: to help people understand themselves better, feel more confident and engage more fully with school, work and life.

Our Approach

Our values don't just shape what we teach. They shape how we teach it.

We believe people learn best by doing and reflecting. That's why our workshops and CPD sessions combine lived experience, practical tools, discussion, games, challenges and real-world activities that allow people to test ideas in real time and make sense of what they've just experienced.

And yes, we'll probably have a laugh along the way.

Because anxiety is serious. That doesn't mean learning about it has to be.

Four Principles That Shape Every Session
Why It Matters

Whether we're working with students, staff, parents or whole-school communities, the goal remains the same: to help people understand anxiety, build confidence and find their voice
