Ep4 -anxiety uncovered was great! 👌 Joe opened up and told the story about how he was attacked in Barcelona ,and how this left him with lasting anxiety. He talks about how he got through this difficult period and about the methods/theories that helped him to recover from this ordeal. I believe that thanks to joes openness and honesty about the way he felt , others will feel they can relate to him and maybe try these strategies for themselves.”
